• ID Range : 40 mm - 1000 mm ( 1.5 - 40)
• OD Range : 1200 mm Plus
  Non-standard wall thickness as per requirement also available.
• Length : We have capability to hone 12000 mm long tubes/barrels to bore & hone
• Material : ST 52 / ST 52.3 / E355 AR /N/SR, ASTM A 106 GR. B / 40 CrMo4 / SS 304 / SS 316 Etc.
• Surface Finish : ID -Ra 0.4 m or better as per requirement, with/without coatings like Hard-Chrome Plating.
  
• RM Reports : Certificate as per EN 10204 Type 3.1/NABL approved Lab Certificate/NDT Reports.

• PDIR as per Customer format can be provided.
• EMIPL PDIR is available for every tube.
• TPI /Customer Inspection are welcome.
• Special Features : CNC facilities for tube end machining like counter-boring & threading as per drawing available. Suiting components also available. Solid bar-stocks can also be converted into tubes with very low processing time.
